When the drop fuse fails, we usually check whether there is a problem with its fuse, and only when there is no problem, we will check other possible problems. If there is a problem with the real fuse, we need to replace it. The following is the method to replace the fuse of the drop fuse:

1、 Power failure of distribution transformer.

2、 Remove the fuse tube, and use the insulating operating rod to remove the fuse tube from the lower end of the drop fuse.

3、 Replace the fuse in the fuse tube as follows:

1. Unscrew the lower screw and cap of the fuse tube and remove the old fuse;

2. The pipe core of the fusion pipe shall be threaded into the new fuse and the pipe cap shall be tightened;

3. Press down the spring piece, tighten the fuse tail, wind it around the lower screw for a circle, and tighten the lower screw. The surplus part at the end of the fuse is inserted into the fuse tube.

4、 Hanging the fuse tube: hang the fuse tube on the lower end of the drop fuse again with an insulating operating rod.

5、 Check: tap the fuse tube with the end of insulating operating rod. If the fuse tube can not swing off slightly, it indicates that it has been hung.

6、 The power distribution transformer transmits power.

7、 Observe the operation condition of drop out fuse and distribution voltage. If it is normal, the operation will be completed.
