What are the executive standards for drop out fuses?

Drop out fuse is a common short circuit protection switch, especially suitable for branch lines of 10kV distribution lines and distribution transformers. It is an important device to protect circuits, and has strict specifications and standards. What are the standards for drop out fuses?

The technical standards for drop out fuses of 10kV distribution lines are as follows:

1. GB772-77 Technical Conditions for High Voltage Electric Porcelain Parts;

2. GB311-83 Insulation Coordination of High Voltage Transmission and Transformation Equipment;

3. GB763 Fever of AC High Voltage Apparatus during Long term Operation;

4. JB1046-67 Transformer, High Voltage Apparatus and Bushing Terminal

5. GB15166.3-94 AC High Voltage Fuses, Injection Fuses;

6. IEC282-2 High Voltage Fuse.

7. GB3309-89 Mechanical Test of High Voltage Switchgear at Room Temperature.

In addition to strict executive standards, drop fuses also have strict working environment requirements. For example, the ambient air temperature is required to be no higher than 45 ℃ (the average value within 24 hours is less than or equal to 35 ℃), no lower than minus 10 ℃, the daily temperature difference cannot be greater than 25K, and the altitude at sea is no higher than 1000m. At the same time, the anti seismic intensity of drop out fuse installed outdoors shall reach 7 degrees, the pollution grade shall be Grade III, the installation place shall be free of strong train vibration and impact, strong electromagnetic interference, and the total harmonic in the power grid shall be less than or equal to 10%.
